What Daybook is

Daybook reads your calendar and turns your bookings into a delivery schedule and an editing queue. That is all it does.

Your account

You need an account. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets into it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your clients' information

Your calendar holds other people's details, often including children. You are responsible for having the right to hold that information and for what you choose to share. Daybook gives you a public page that deliberately shows surnames and packages only. Do not work around that.

Dates are a tool, not a promise

Daybook calculates delivery dates from the rules you set and the calendar you connect. It is here to help you keep track, and it is not a substitute for your own contracts or your own judgment.

Calendars change, feeds lag, rules get mistyped, and software has bugs. Check anything that matters. Daybook is not liable for a missed deadline, a late gallery, a lost client or any loss that follows from a date it showed you.

Availability

Daybook is provided as it is, without any warranty. We do not promise it will always be available or always be free of faults.

Acceptable use

Do not try to read another photographer's data, break the service, get around its limits, or use it to hold information you have no right to hold.

Feeds you add

If you paste a calendar link, you are confirming it is yours or that you are allowed to use it. Note that a public calendar link is unguessable but not private, and anyone who has it can read that calendar.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend an account that is breaking these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Daybook's total liability to you is limited to what you have paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changing these terms

If these terms change materially, you will be told in the app before it takes effect. Carrying on using Daybook means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
